Hours : 6 : 12pm - 6 : 24am
4 days on / 4 days off
Expected coverage of all shifts as necessary
Pay rate : $30.85 - $34.08

KeyResponsibilities
Operate,inspect and troubleshoot all Powerhouse equipment and Plant Utility systemsefficiency, financially responsibly and support customers requests.
Respond,monitor and react to fire system trouble / alarms.
Performall operations in accordance with the specified guidelines and instructions,while exercising safety for oneself and others.
Workingconditions include : Heavy industrial environment, including, but not limited toexposure to heat, cold, dust, dirt, coolants, oils, noise, heights, andconfined spaces.
PhysicalRequirements : Bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 40 pounds ormore.
Skills / Requirements
HighSchool diploma / GED required, must hold & maintain a valid driverslicenseand be able to meet Kohler Companys MVR Guidelines and maintain goodstanding.
Must achieve a passing score on technical skillstest.
Mustprovide own tools.
Musthave completed / obtain within 12-months of hire or transfer : High-PressureBoilers POWENGR 331 coursework via Milwaukee Area Technical College orequivalent training.
Required to be an active participant on theKohler Company Fire Brigade, responding to plant fires.
