This pivotal role requires a candidate with a proven track record growing dietary supplement manufacturing, experienced leading strategic planning & cross-functional collaboration.
The Director of Sales will be instrumental in driving multi-channel sales and expanding market share in the Health & Wellness contract manufacturing space....
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy Development : Craft and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy, including channel-specific approaches, to meet revenue and market share objectives.
- Market Analysis : Stay abreast of industry, competitor, and market trends to adapt and refine sales strategies.
- Cross-Functional Coordination : Work closely with marketing, finance, new product development, and operations teams to ensure organizational alignment and support.
- Business Expansion : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Leadership : Develop the sales strategy and KPIs, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Requirements :
- Over 10 years of B2B experience in the dietary supplement or wellness industry, with a history of significant achievements.
- Proven book of business in CPG / Private Label / Natural Channels
- Demonstrated proven ability to grow substantial books of business and maintain existing.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Nutrition, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Extensive experience in CRM, strategic planning, marketing, and business / product development.
