RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Charge) Location :
- Kansas City, MO Schedule : Full-Time | Night Shift Rotating Weekends Required Compensation & Incentives : Hourly Rate : $35.65 – $47.64 (based on experience) Shift Differentials : Additional $4.00 per hour for nights and weekends Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance : Available on a case-by-case basis About the Role : We are actively seeking Clinical Nurse Coordinators (CNC) for a variety of units including Med-Surg, Med-Surg Ortho / Trauma, NICU, and Inpatient Oncology.
- This leadership role supports the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while overseeing clinical operations during the night shift.
- As a CNC, you will work closely with the management team to drive performance, ensure patient safety, and support frontline staff.
