PROJECT OBJECTIVE
What does the project / work hope to achieve.
Mainframe system production support :
Ensures that mainframe applications are allways available and functioning properly to meet business needs.
Minimizes application downtime through proactive monitoring and prompt issue remediation.
Detect, log, and resolve system disruptions while minimizing impact on business operations.
Document known issues and resolutions.
Support ad-hoc reporting needs for business stakeholders.
