We are seeking four Family Medicine Physicians for a quality-driven, low volume physician group located in The Villages, FL. The practice, ranked highly in Central Florida, offers a supportive environment with a focus on patient comfort, limited call responsibilities, and no productivity requirements. Low volume quality-based physician group ( ranked in Central Florida) seeks 4 Family Medicine Physicians in The Villages, FL! 45 minutes from Orlando and 20 minutes to Ocala

  • 9 locations
  • 650 team members
  • 10 years in practice
  • 42 primary care providers, that work in teams of 12-15
  • 150 clinician's total
  • ranked physician group in Central FL

This Role - Family Medicine Physician :

  • 12 patients per day
  • Mon-fri, 8 hour days
  • No productivity requirements
  • Each IM and FM has their own PA
  • Very nice buildings and environment in effort to make patients feel comfortable.
  • Call is 1x every 13 weeks and it's only 1-3 calls per week, on that week.

  • Family Medicine Physician - must be BC.
  • Must have a work of history of staying in previous positions for 3 years or more
