Advanced Practice Provider Hospitalist
Cass Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our growing inpatient care team. This position involves providing direct care to hospitalized patients as part of a collaborative, patient-focused hospitalist team. We are looking for a motivated and compassionate APP who thrives in a team-based environment and is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a rural setting.
In this role, you’ll work alongside physicians, fellow APPs, nurses, and other members of the care team to manage inpatient cases from admission through discharge. The position offers a dynamic balance of clinical responsibility, meaningful patient interaction, and support for quality improvement initiatives.

Education and Experience Requirements :
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
National certification as an NP or PA
Current Iowa license or eligibility
DEA registration and State of Iowa controlled substance license
BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred)
Experience in inpatient care preferred
