Program Manager
Riverside Research is seeking a dynamic, strategic, operational, and growth focused Program Manager focused on providing innovative solutions to the Defense and Intelligence Communities. We have an opening in Beavercreek, OH. The Program Manager will pursue, manage, and grow opportunities with NGA, NRO and other DoD / IC customers as well as developing our relationships and teaming opportunities. Responsibilities will include a significant focus on growth as well as managing existing R&D contracts and supporting key customers with an emphasis on mission impact. This position will be responsible for management functions involving planning, developing, organizing, coordinating, and conducting organizational activities to ensure our technical solutions are integrated, tested, documented, and delivered.

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Collaborate with the government customer and technical leads to develop long-term strategies and prioritize near-term tasking
- Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with government and contract mission partners across the intelligence community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD)
- Execute with minimal oversight program management duties that include, but are not limited to, managing day-to-day operations, maintaining work plans and timelines, tracking and projecting program spending, preparing status reports / briefs, and ensuring program status is communicated to all stakeholders
- Work closely with the customer, cross-functional teams, and assigned engineers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget, and schedule
- Manage subcontracting, consulting, and procurement activities for assigned programs
- Assess program issues and develop resolutions to meet schedule, quality, and customer goals
- Identify and capture new growth opportunities to expand business portfolio and technical offerings
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Active TS clearance with the ability to obtain TS / SCIBachelor's degree or higher in a technical or business field12 years of DoD / IC experience with at least 3 years in program / project managementDemonstrated experience creating and presenting reports, briefings, and program related information to a variety of government and internal stakeholdersExperience managing complex projects, short deadlines, and competing prioritiesExperience managing financials across a variety of projects and contractsDemonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and ability to work independently and as a team playerExcellent communication, problem-solving, time-management, leadership, and organizational skillsDesired Qualifications :
Active TS with SCI eligibility within the last 2 years (able to obtain CI Poly) OR Active TS / SCI CI PolyTechnical background in materials research, DEW / CDEW, software development or a similar related areaExperience identifying and executing on-contract growth opportunitiesExperience building and growing business with DoD / IC customersEntrepreneurial spirit with demonstrated expertise driving and building new product linesExperience in proposal development processProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationGlobal Comp
$120,000 - $180,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
