Ideal Candidate : Proven Expertise and Leadership Drive

• You have a proven track record as a lead Construction Superintendent in Multi-Family Wood Frame, Healthcare, and / or Commercial projects.
• You possess a deep understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• You're a natural leader with exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• You're committed to delivering projects on time and within budget, every time.
• You have at least 4 years of Superintendent lead experience and have led a team.
• You embody the company's core values of honesty, integrity, and family.
