Partner Relations Advisor

A company is looking for a Partner Relations Advisor II to manage relationships and provide support to sales partners in the merchant payments industry.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to requests from assigned Sales Partners and manage support queues

Handle sales orders, statement requests, and various issues related to sales partners

Facilitate training for new and existing Sales Partners and monitor their feedback

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (College degree preferred)

Three years of sales and customer service experience in the financial services industry

Experience in the merchant credit card payment processing industry is highly preferred

Experience building and maintaining customer relationships

Experience using Google Workspace applications preferred
