Key Responsibilities
- Design and conduct laboratory experiments to study biological processes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from experiments and fieldwork.
- Write research papers, reports, and grant proposals.
- Present findings at scientific conferences and meetings.
- Collaborate with other scientists, researchers, and institutions.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field (a Master's or Ph.D. is often preferred).
- Experience in laboratory research and familiarity with standard biological techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency with statistical software and bioinformatics tools.
