We are seeking a driven Business Development Specialist with proven experience in the Healthcare staffing markert. This individual will be responsible for expanding our presence across facilities, identifying, coordinating, and placing qualified talent into administrative, professional, laboratory, and IT roles within healthcare organizations. This role focuses on supporting essential functions that are critical to the success of hospitals, clinics, and healthcare systems. The Staffing Specialist partners with clients to understand workforce needs and delivers customized staffing solutions that ensure operational excellence and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
Source and match candidates for roles including healthcare administration, finance, HR, project management, laboratory support, data analytics, and IT.
Manage the full placement process, including job postings, applicant screening, skills assessments, onboarding, and compliance documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients to understand staffing requirements and provide workforce solutions tailored to non-clinical functions.
Collaborate with account managers and leadership to ensure client satisfaction and timely fulfillment of staffing requests.
Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Stay current on industry trends in healthcare IT, lab sciences, and administrative functions to anticipate and address talent needs.
Ensure all placements comply with organizational policies and healthcare industry standards.
Qualifications :
2+ years of staffing, workforce coordination, or talent management experience, preferably in healthcare or professional services.
Knowledge of healthcare operations with emphasis on administrative, laboratory, and IT roles.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and candidates.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of data center operations, talent challenges, and the technical skillsets required to support build-outs, expansions, and ongoing facility management.
