About the role :
As an Assistant Project Manager & Project Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting Senior Project Managers on major Design / Build projects within the Commercial, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Food & Beverage sectors.
This role offers hands-on experience in managing complex projects with one of the industry's top construction firms, providing an ideal opportunity to develop and grow.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist Senior Project Managers in coordinating all phases of project design and construction.
- Ensure project schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to execute project tasks.
- Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify potential risks and proactively contribute to problem-solving to ensure project success.
Requirements :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience : 1-5 years as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager within a General Contractor or subcontractor environment.
