Position Overview :

We are looking for a driven B2B Sales Account Executive to ignite new business growth within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate is passionate about prospecting, securing complex contracts, and nurturing long-lasting relationships with business clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits within a defined territory
  • Conduct on-site assessments and product presentations for uniform rentals, floor care, restroom, and facility service programs
  • Create customized proposals and successfully close multi-year service agreements
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate client information and activity in the CRM
  • Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Work collaboratively with service and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding

  • Who We Want :

  • 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience in fields such as uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services preferred
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and managing the full sales cycle
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual
  • Open to receiving coaching and feedback for professional growth
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle
  • Compliance with UniFirst's minimum auto insurance requirements is necessary for those who use personal vehicles for business purposes
