Must be a graduate of an accredited Respiratory School
Must have current RCP state licensure in the state inquiring employment and in good standing
Must be willing to get cross-licensed in other states at the company's expense
Must have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance in good standing
At least 1-year experience as a working Respiratory Therapist is required
Experience in the home care setting is highly desirable
RRT certification required
Current CPR- BLS certification required
Must have adequate PC skills to use e-mail and update notes and other documentation electronically in a timely manner
Job Responsibilities, included but not limited to :
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and families, providing timely and accurate information to ensure satisfaction
Develop good working relationships with referral sources
Plan daily events efficiently, minimizing travel time
Schedule setups and follow-up visits per company policies
Coordinate patient discharges with RT Clinical Liaisons
Triage field problems according to company standards and training policies
Ensure accurate, timely documentation of patient concerns and corrective actions
Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and SOPs
Foster a culture of "white glove" service
Submit monthly travel expense reports promptly
Handle on-call responsibilities as needed
