Lead Digital Product Manager ID19531
This is a remote position open for candidates in the whole country.
What you will do
- Engaging Infrastructure, Delivery, Security etc. to identify dependencies and mitigating risks;
- Drive consistency and maturity across a portfolio of Products and Platforms;
- To understand future product needs and influence their prioritization with all stakeholders, so that the scrum team can execute them;
- Information System Product Management experience (which could include consulting) with state-of-the-art hardware and software systems is desirable;
- Market research & analysis; Strategy development;
Collaborating with various Product managers to implement Industry standards across the enterprise.
Must haves
- Strong demonstrated experience in Product management (4+ years of professional experience) inception to roll out;
- Strong understanding and Experience with UI / UX modernization;
- Experience or knowledge to adapt AI / ML;
- Customer-centricity, OKRs, Roadmaps, Prioritization framework, etc;
- Ability to communicate and influence senior leadership across organizations;
- SAFe Agile;
Upper-intermediate English level.
Nice to haves
- Experience in Health insurance domain is key;
- Process flow centric knowledge around health claims and benefits is a plus;
- Deep understanding and experience of web technologies, user experience modeling / evolution etc;
- Understanding of mobile technologies is a plus;
- Knowledge of Systems Development Lifecycle and the Project Management Lifecycle;
- Business savviness and ability to discover the potential business and product opportunities;
Experience with Product Roadmap development and influencing key stakeholders for buy in on business priorities.
