Position Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings. Key Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, low water pressure, broken fixtures, and water heater problems.
• Install, maintain, and inspect plumbing systems such as piping, fixtures, water heaters, and water treatment equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and system checks to ensure efficient operation.
• Respond promptly to service calls and emergency requests.
• Accurately document all work performed, materials used, and time spent.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of needed repairs, options, and costs.
• Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures, plumbing codes, and company standards.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely job completion.
