We're looking for an Account Manager with at least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing, revenue-generating role to manage and grow client accounts through contract renewals, up-sells, and cross-sells. This role requires excellent communication skills, relationship management expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing client accounts through contract renewals, up-sells, and cross-sells.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to drive business growth.
- Present products and services to corporate accounts and identify new sales opportunities.
- Ensure customer issues are acknowledged and resolved within 24 hours.
- Collaborate with Sales and Client Services teams to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Accurately forecast sales opportunities and maintain a well-managed sales pipeline.
