LG Kramer Flooring, a growing family-owned business in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team.

Compensation : $18- $22 hourly

Responsibilities :
Loading & Unloading : Safely load and unload all trucks and deliveries, ensuring accuracy of each shipment.
Pick Ticket Coordination : Organize warehouse pick tickets, preparing job bundles for installer load-out, and obtaining installer signatures for verification.
Delivery & Vendor Communication : Track and schedule all inbound deliveries from suppliers. Communicate with vendors regarding claims for damaged materials.
Forklift & Equipment Maintenance : Schedule and maintain records of forklift maintenance and repair. Monitor and coordinate dumpster swaps.
Warehouse Organization : Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Know where all materials are located at all times.
Inventory & Order Management : Utilize ERP and current systems to receive materials, track orders, and update delivery dates when necessary.
Safety Compliance : Ensure warehouse safety procedures are followed; OSHA certification is a plus.
Qualifications :
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Proficient in English (bilingual is a plus)
- Familiarity with Apple technology and ability to adapt to our tech-driven systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to track orders and work with ERP systems
- Punctual, reliable, and upbeat demeanor
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Experienced forklift driver, forklift certification is a MUST
