We provide psychiatric care to geriatric patients who require inpatient hospitalization due to mental disorders like cognitive illnesses.
Our 20-bed hospital will be adjacent to NHC HealthCare Maryland Heights, a 220-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.
As the Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support for our Behavioral Health administration. If you are passionate about improving behavior health and excited about the opportunity to be a part of opening a new hospital, we would love the opportunity to meet you.
Qualifications : A. Education : High school diploma minimum required. College or vocational training preferred. B. Training, Certifications, Registrations and Licenses : None required.
1. Demonstrated abilities in physician relations, human resources, program development, finance, and clinical operations within the past five years.
2. Eligible and acceptable to meet the expectations of the Hospital. C. Experience : Two (2) to five (5) years of job-related experience required, including high-level administrative experience.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Position Highlights : 1. Supports the administrative team including the CEO and Business Manager 2.
Serves as receptionist 3. Records minutes of staff meetings 4. Prepares all materials for committee meetings, including completing agendas and minutes 5.
Supports the preparation for the filing of essential reports 6. Supports practitioner privileging / credentialing processes 7.
Supports Human Resources 8.
