Position Overview :
We are looking for a motivated Direct Marketing Associate to engage with homeowners about their improvement needs, particularly focusing on homes with old windows.
Your main tasks will include speaking directly with homeowners, educating them about our services, and scheduling consultations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Canvass neighborhoods to identify homes needing window upgrades
- Engage homeowners to introduce our services
- Schedule appointments for our sales team
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while working outdoors
Qualifications :
- 2-5+ years of canvassing experience preferred (training available for motivated candidates)
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoors
