About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry Job Specialty : RN Telemetry Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day - 5x8 - 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM - 40 Hours Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum 2 years License : Registered Nurse (RN) Certifications : BLS, ACLS Must-Have : Strong clinical skills in telemetry, effective communication abilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description : Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the telemetry unit.- Monitor and interpret patients' cardiac rhythms, ensuring immediate intervention and treatment when necessary.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans.- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records.- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and safety standards.- Exhibit professionalism in all interactions with patients and staff.
