    Seeking a Project Manager to lead carshare station siting and development efforts in Los Angeles, and potentially other cities.

    PM will be responsible for all expansion planning and execution. PM will coordinate with government entities, community groups, design / install teams, and consultants / vendors to ensure that site proposals are feasible, commercially viable, supported by key stakeholders, and that installations are executed within the established schedule and budget constraints.

    Responsibilities :

    • Leverage GIS resources to develop and continually update carsharing station siting criteria, expansion plan, reference map, and expansion tracker.
    • Seek out suitable sites for carsharing stations, assess for feasibility and commercial viability, and evaluate against established siting criteria.
    • Coordinate with marketing team to develop, publish, update, and promote public surveys gathering new site suggestions.

    Collect and track proposals.

    • Select suitable sites for carsharing stations, and determine priority order for implementation based on the expansion plan and business needs.
    • Develop proposals for new sites and present to upper management and government partners.
    • Serve as government liaison and central point of contact between the company and government entities. Report on project progress to all key stakeholders.
    • Oversee consultant and vendor relationships, and procurement of new services related to expansion efforts.
    • Collaborate with government partners to achieve community and stakeholder support for proposed sites.
    • Maintain relationships with local stakeholders, develop outreach materials, and solicit local interest for electric carsharing.
    • Draft and submit notice to proceed (NTPs) for approved new sites, and initiate the work of design / install teams.
    • Lead regular expansion planning meetings and attend design / install review meetings with government entities.
    • Perform site visits with design / install teams, and high-level review of station site plans and permit applications.
    • Coordinate with design / install teams to establish an installation schedule and budget, and ensure that all installation activities remain within the established schedule and budget
    • Coordinate with design / install teams and government entities to ensure that permits are acquired on schedule.
    • Coordinate launch of electric carsharing service at each site, together with marketing team and government partners.

    Qualifications :

    • Ideal candidate has an educational and professional background in urban design, urban planning, transportation / mobility planning, or other relevant field.
    • Ideal candidate has a working understanding of the following subjects : shared mobility, site acquisition, mobility systems design and research, GIS analysis, electric vehicles, project management, public-private partnerships, utility coordination and permitting, and vendor management.
    • Adaptable and capable of managing multiple projects and responsibilities under time-critical conditions.
    • Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to be self-directed, set and keep personal deadlines, and work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • A positive, optimistic, cooperative, and lighthearted attitude. Committed to fostering unity among team members.

    Compensation : $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
