Business Analyst II

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II to perform various analyses and interpretations to align business needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems

Identify and analyze user requirements and processes to improve existing operations

Recommend business solutions based on detailed analysis of assigned projects and assist with implementation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare

Project management experience preferred

Strong SQL writing skills and Teradata / Snowflake database experience highly preferred
