Plant Manager

Salary Range : $80K-$120K | On-site : Kalamazoo, Michigan |

We are searching for a successful plant manager for a family-owned produce canning company. They have an excellent group of tenured employees that are highly trained and now they are looking for a true leader. This is a key role within the company’s management team, making final decisions to help with the continued growth and maximize profitability for the plant. Reporting directly to the President and collaborating with Ownership.

Qualifications :

• 5-10 years of leadership experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Canning experience is a plus!
