We are looking for a Physiatrist Physical Medicine and Rehab (PM&R) Physician to join our well-established group at a Post-acute Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN.
We are seeking a compassionate provider to be our go-to person for ensuring the best patient care possible. This opportunity is part time or full time, working in a post-acute hospital with higher acuity patients including rehab s / p neuro, trachs, vents, and wound care patients.
Rotational schedule with another provider covering 7 on 7 off (or a combination of days split with other providers). Shifts ranging from 5-8 hours (dependent on efficiency).
This position offers excellent work-life balance with flexible starting and ending times in lieu of a 12-hour shift requirement.
As census ramps, you will have APP support and a scribe to assist with documentation as well as partnership track opportunity.

Great opportunity for off week rotation. The physician is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients in a patient-centered, compassionate environment as a part of a cohesive interdisciplinary clinical team.
Requirements :
- Valid Medical license in IN
- MD DO BCBE in Physical Medicine and Rehab Physician (PM&R) Physiatry
- Valid DEA license
- Possess or eligible for Controlled Substance Certificate
