About the Team

Digital Web Creative is a dynamic team of talented digital marketing designers and digital production coordinators. We work closely with our editorial team members to make our websites, emails, and digital assets come alive with the Pottery Barn Kids' brand voice.

We also collaborate closely with our cross-functional partners in eCom, Development, Brand Marketing, and Merchandising to name a few! We are all about sharing creative ideas and supporting each other to not only do our best work but also to build a strong sense of family and community. Come join our team!

About the Role

Responsible for editing video content for the Pottery Barn Kids and Pottery Barn Teen digital platforms and channels.

  • Create engaging videos for usage across our websites, YouTube, paid Ads, TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms
  • Have a digital-first and socially-led approach to video content creation
  • Work with the Creative Team to brainstorm, develop and support video content through delivery
  • Find new and engaging ways to elevate content to drive marketing goals
  • Stay current on industry trends keep the brand at the forefront of editorial content and best practices

  • A superb storyteller with an eye for composition and pacing
  • Deep understanding of video techniques, trends, and best practices across all channels
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and color-grading
  • Ensure high-quality output and attention to detail
  • Experience working cross-functionally across many teams and departments
  • Mastery of video formats, codecs, frame rates, and resolutions for various platforms
  • Outstanding communication and organization skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • 2+ years of related work experience
  • You have a 4-year bachelor's degree

The expected starting pay range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 annually. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets.

Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
