Overview :

Join our innovative AI and advanced analytics team, where you'll collaborate closely with various departments to integrate AI tools and drive the adoption of cutting-edge products.

As the AI Integration and Product Management Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in managing AI products, facilitating their adaptation across different business units, and spearheading change management efforts to ensure successful adoption.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Tools Integration : Lead the integration of AI tools and methodologies with other teams within the organization, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with business objectives.

Utilize expertise in SDLC principles, particularly within the context of AI projects, to guide integration processes effectively.

CRISP-DM Expertise : Leverage your knowledge of CRISP-DM (Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining) to drive the development and implementation of AI projects.

Serve as a subject matter expert on CRISP-DM methodologies, providing guidance and support to project teams.

Change Management and User Stories : Develop user stories and change management strategies to drive the adoption of new AI products and technologies.

Work closely with stakeholders to identify user needs and tailor solutions accordingly, addressing the weakest link in the adoption process.

Business-Facing Collaboration : Engage with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and priorities, translating them into actionable plans for AI product development and integration.

Serve as a liaison between the AI team and other departments, fostering collaborative partnerships and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Product Management : Manage 2-3 AI product portfolios concurrently, overseeing their development, deployment, and ongoing management.

Collaborate with product managers to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product launches.

End-to-End Involvement : Be involved in the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to development, testing, and deployment.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of AI solutions.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably with a background in analytics or AI.
  • Proficiency in SDLC principles, with specific expertise in AI project management methodologies such as CRISP-DM.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and techniques, with a track record of driving successful adoption of new technologies.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience in visualization tools such as Visio and Draw.io for workflow diagramming.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of AI concepts and technologies preferred but not mandatory.

Day-to-Day :

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and prioritize AI product development.
  • Manage AI product portfolios, overseeing their development, testing, and deployment.
  • Develop user stories and change management strategies to drive adoption of AI products.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI tools across the organization.
  • Utilize visualization tools for workflow diagramming and mind mapping to facilitate communication and decision-making.
