What You’ll Do As an Associate Producer at Madwell, you’ll collaborate closely with account, strategy, creative, social, and media teams to guide projects from inception to completion.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating timelines, tracking budgets, and managing digital media ad buys. This position is perfect for a recent graduate or someone eager to begin their career in project management within the advertising and digital media industry.

Capable of identifying and escalating potential issues to the Production Lead or Manager. Collaboration Organizes internal meetings, prepares agendas, and distributes meeting notes.

Critical Thinking / Problem Solving Inquisitive and eager to learn about the strategic and creative reasoning behind projects.

Applies sound judgment and a deep understanding of client and project needs to offer constructive feedback or guidance when appropriate.

Proactively escalates issues. Focuses on finding solutions and continuously improving processes. Scope & Financial Management Learns to develop simple project estimates.

Assists in tracking budget expenditures and handling reconciliation. Production / Project Management Creates straightforward timelines and manages the workflow of low-complexity projects.

Supports the planning, execution, and delivery of digital media campaigns, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

Maintains and updates project documentation, including internal status reports, risk reports, schedules, and meeting notes.

Overall Mindset Takes initiative, champions bold ideas, and isn’t afraid to experiment. Values diversity, recognizing that different perspectives strengthen the team.

Where You’ve Been 2-3 years of experience as a project manager, production coordinator / assistant, ideally within a creative agency.
