About the role
On the Marketing Strategy & Analytics team, you will be responsible for understanding business performance, delivering on insights and actions for Marketing teams, and analyzing efficiencies across all of Rippling’s funnel motions.
Given how marketing is critical for our business, you will be a key player in not only elevating the technical caliber of our Marketing teams but also fuel a powerful growth engine for all Rippling.
What you will do
Own and develop the Marketing analytics roadmap to support core teams : growth marketing, product marketing, brand marketing, and cross-sell marketing
Define, measure, and provide insights on how to accelerate success across all marketing motions including lead lifecycle, account scoring and attribution models
Build and maintain business intelligence dashboards for all our marketing teams. Own data quality and data definition accountability with cross-functional stakeholders.
Design and implement measurement and attribution frameworks across marketing channels, campaigns and touchpoints.
Present data-driven insights and recommendations to support business operating rhythms, decision making and more. Support the creation of MBRs, QBRs and board deck analysis.
Establish robust data assets and pipelines to collect, clean, and transform marketing data, ensuring integrity, accessibility for analysis and modeling, and scalability for new business lines, channels, and geographies
What you will need
5+ years of prior experience building analytics and BI for Marketing insights
Experience with B2B marketing concepts, including customer acquisition strategies, marketing channels, and attribution modeling
Bachelors in Math, Data Science, Stats, Business, or related field - Masters / MBA a plus
Ability to write complex SQL and build data pipelines, ideally within Snowflake and DBT
Proficiency in data visualization, with expertise with tools like Tableau, Snowflake, DBT, Github
Experience with business intelligence best practices and tooling
Familiarity with data transformation and ELT / ELT pipelines best practices and tooling (e.g. incremental tables, metrics, dbt projects)
Strong communication and stakeholder management, with both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to dive into the weeds to understand detailed business problems, while also distilling complex data sets to simple solutions.
Experience working and partnering with Sales Strategy, RevOps, Mops, Growth and Finance teams
Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous, hyper-growth environment
