Senior Backend Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer for its Payments Platform.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build core services for the Payments Platform, ensuring reliability and scalability

Drive technical design and lead the implementation of complex features and projects

Mentor junior engineers and support team growth through knowledge sharing and best practices

Required Qualifications

6+ years of software engineering experience with distributed backend systems

Strong expertise in system design and API development

Proficiency in at least one modern backend stack (e.g., Java, Golang, C++)

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

Familiarity with payments or fintech domains is preferred
