Operation Technician

Supports commercial lines (CL) operational and underwriting processes within guidelines by handling a variety of policy transactions that support the review and acceptance / decline of new or renewal CL business. On behalf of underwriting, claims, sales producers, and agents, compiles and / or shares policy and coverage information for assigned lines of business and customers. Ensures proper documentation and records management according to regulatory and Sentry standards.

What You'll Do

• Communicate effectively with underwriting, sales, and customers while providing basic operations and service to the business and handling tasks that support processing
• Prepare and assemble policies and / or policy changes for mailing or electronic distribution
• Enter, delete, or update driver information per guidelines within the policy administration system
• Perform filing, retrieval, and distribution of various materials and documents in accordance with prescribed departments' systems and practices
• Assist with quality auditing and / or training of new Operations Technicians- CL
• Upload files to content retention systems
• Perform other job-related duties requiring the same general knowledge, skills, and degree of responsibility with assigned level-wide support and administrative assistance to our team
