Job Description

Summary

The Medical University of South Carolina, Department of Neurosurgery, has an exceptional opportunity to join our team of 4 Neurocritical Care physicians, 2 Neuro-Oncologists, and 13 Neurosurgeons in Charleston, South Carolina.

We staff a closed NSICU and manage all aspects of our patient care. The department also has an active Neuro-critical Care fellowship Program.

This position requires a BC / BE Neurologist with fellowship training in Neurocritical Care. Candidates who have passed, or are eligible to take, the UCNS Subspecialty Certification in Neurocritical Care are preferred.

Academic rank will be commensurate with experience and training. The MUSC Medical Center is a high volume, tertiary referral center serving a large population where a broad range of common acute neurological conditions are encountered.
