A company is looking for a COBRA Employer Services Specialist responsible for managing relationships with Employer Groups and Partners while overseeing COBRA administration.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day COBRA administration and respond to inquiries within Service Level Agreements
Manage the annual renewal process and maintain documentation of client activity using a CRM tool
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve escalations and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
Willingness to work specified hours, including possible holidays and occasional overtime
Experience with OnBase, COBRA Point, and COBRA administration is preferred
Demonstrated customer service experience
Familiarity with Employer Group plan designs and file schedules
Strong analytical and organizational skills
