Job Description
Will answer phones, triage calls as they come in, pull patient charts, take and relay messages, handle data entry of patient information, answer questions about services, and other duties as assigned. Skills Required
HS Diploma or GED. 2+ years exp in a reception, admin or data entry role within the medical field. Strong customer service skills.
Empathy and patience. Team player. Reliable. Skills Preferred
Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
