Job Description

• Support projects and development of tools generally focused on technical activities and client operations.
• Reviews data associated with product impact assessments, department reports, and technical evaluations
• Performs data review of scientific investigations (EOE & DNF)
• Coordinates data entry / collection and review assignments
• Manages data entry process into electronic systems (Excel, PRIMR, databases)
• Ensures compliance with SOPs; reports any quality or other anomalies
• Participates in required training activities

Leadership Responsibilities :

• Coordinates, supports, and monitors performance of team through quality metrics while ensuring client deadlines are met
• Coordinates with client contacts to communicate status of deliverables, determine priorities, and set timelines.
• Set individual and team goals to develop the scope of work and responsibilities of the team
• Manage time off and payroll entries of the team
• May participate in new hire interviews
• Supports the on-boarding process of new employees
• Participates in training of other employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Preferred major in Life Sciences, mathematics, or related discipline
• Leadership experience in a professional setting is required
• Relevant experiencein the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industryis preferred
• Ability to thrive while working in a fast-paced environment / ability to multi-task
• Ability to perform tasks within appropriate timeframes while maintaining accuracy

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Rensselaer, NY and the surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.

Compensation range is $28.50-30 / hr based on experience.
