Job description
Dermatology Associates of Tallahassee is seeking a full-time (LPN) for direct patient care role in our high-volume, fast paced office.
This person would function as a head nurse. Responsibilities include high quality patient care; critical thinking and communication skills;
must be able to multi-task and is detailed- oriented; and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage time. This is a leadership position and previous management experience is a must.
Possesses an approachable management style; ability to solve problems and treat each situation fairly; is calming during a crisis situation;
ability to build positive relationships with employees and other managers; ability to exercise good judgement; enables and motivates staff and provides on-going recognition and praise.
Full-time hours starting at 7 : 15am - with excellent pay and benefits
Must be Licensed Practical Nurse with a current and valid Florida license
