Job Title : Project Manager & Estimator - Coastal and Marine Construction
Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled Marine Construction Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in estimating and managing marine construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities :
Estimating :
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate cost estimates for marine construction projects.
- Develop detailed estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
- Collaborate with the engineering and procurement teams to ensure estimates are comprehensive and competitive.
- Submit bid proposals and follow up with clients to secure new projects.
Project Management :
- Oversee all phases of marine construction projects, from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards, addressing any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
Client Relations :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Communicate project updates and address any client concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estimating and managing marine construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of marine construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in estimating and project management software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
