Description
This Leading Irish Main Contractor is looking to hire a Project Manager to working within their Buildings Division based in the Dublin region of Ireland.
Depending upon relocation / start date you will even be put onto a newly awarded Commercial Office Block worth €41 Million or you will be put into the Bidding Team.
Within the Bidding Team you will have the chance to lead your own Tender from start to finish so you know the angles , risk and where the money is made on site.
Out of the Dublin region they currently turnover €130 Million , the group turns over far more with a global reach across Ireland , UK and the rest of Europe.
You will be joining a business that has a track record for staff development , well-being and success within Ireland.
Can you lead , motivate , drive and mentor your site team? Are you able to form strong working relationships with the client and supply chain.
Are you able to spot opportunities to gain time and program or to be able to maximize the % margin set. As Project Manager the business operates a bonus system based upon profitability on site so this helps everyone drive in the same direction.
This role will report directly into the Operations Manager that leads this division of the business. Are you a Project Manager with a track record or a Construction Manager / Senior Site Manager looking to grow your career and get the large scale Buildings Experience you are after ?
Have you built Commercial , High Rise , Education or Healthcare projects within Ireland ? Do you have the core local experience needed to hit the ground running on site?
Do you understand the critical path and are able to make decisive decisions on site.
Do you match the following criteria set by our client :
- Clear experience as a Project Manager taking responsibility for a Project from start to finish
- Solid experience within Tier 1 & 2 Main Contractors
- Strong client facing and communication skills
- A track record within your career history
- Strong technical and engineering experience to understand all elements of the build
- Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering Desired but not essential
