They're in need of a strong Assistant General Manager with the ability to command the floor and oversee all plant operations.
Qualifications
- 10+ Years Automotive Industry Experience
- 10+ Years operations leadership or full plant oversight in complex manufacturing environments
- Comfortable leading 3 shift 24 / 6 operation
- Proven track record of lean manufacturing deployment and plant system development
- Hands on leader
