Responsibilities
Your Role as a PTA :
In this role, you’ll work closely with Physical Therapists to deliver hands-on care and personalized treatment plans. You’ll build relationships with patients, track their progress, and play a key role in their recovery journey.
- Assist Physical Therapists in all aspects of patient care
- Implement therapy techniques and exercises as prescribed
- Track patient progress and provide ongoing communication with the PT
- Educate patients on continued care and home exercises
- Help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for both staff and patients
Required Skills
What We’re Looking For :
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active PTA license in Oklahoma
- Passion for helping patients achieve their highest level of function
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
