Job Title : Litigation Paralegal
Location : Bellevue, WA (Hybrid)

Pay : $70,000-$105,000
LHH is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our client's team. This is a full-time, hybrid role supporting multiple attorneys.
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate transactions, boundary disputes, quiet title actions, easement agreements, construction drafting and litigation, and land use disputes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and update case and discovery databases
- Support attorneys by drafting contracts, pleadings, discovery requests, and various legal documents
- Conduct legal and factual research for case preparation
- Organize and review legal documents, ensuring accurate maintenance of privilege logs
- Compile and prepare documents for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Create and manage witness and expert witness lists
- Organize exhibits and review pleadings for hearings and trials
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of trial, mediation, and arbitration preparation
- Meet established billing targets
Qualifications :
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of litigation experience in Washington State.
- Solid understanding of civil litigation procedures, deadlines, and court rules (state and federal).
- Proficiency in legal drafting and writing.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat .
- Experience with NetDocs and TABS3 is a plus.
