A company is looking for a Utilization Review Clinician - Behavioral Health.Key ResponsibilitiesConducts clinical reviews and assesses care related to mental health and substance abusePerforms prior authorization and concurrent reviews to determine medical appropriateness of servicesProvides education to providers, members, and families regarding behavioral health utilization processesRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationGraduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of related experienceMaster's degree for behavioral health clinicians requiredLicensure as LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHP, or RN requiredClinical knowledge related to mental health and substance abuse preferredExperience working with healthcare teams in behavioral health preferred
