Benefits Pro
You’ll be in charge of the benefits program, keeping materials organized and helping employees make the most of open enrollment.
Team Cheerleader
You'll work closely with other departments, motivating and supporting them to achieve greatness. From training to performance reviews, you’ll make sure everyone’s firing on all cylinders.
When needed, you'll step in for some constructive feedback.
Payroll & Timekeeping Master
You’ll manage payroll with ADP, making sure everyone’s paid on time and keeping the timekeeping process running smoothly
HR Ops Guru
You’ll keep our HR operations on point, ensuring we have the right people and structures.. You'll also help us find awesome new hires by interviewing and recommending applicants.
Policy Whiz
You'll craft and tweak policies to keep the company running like a well-oiled machine. You’ll also ensure we stay cost-effective, and reliable with the best processes in place.
What We're Looking For :
- 5+ years' experience in Human Resources with experience in benefits, performance management and hiring
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
- Important note : willingness and ability to be onsite 4 days a week in our Iselin, NJ office
