Position Summary :
New England OB GYN Associates is seeking a board-certified (MFM) physician to establish ultrasound and consulting services within a General OB / GYN Private Practice group. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a high-volume practice focused on providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills in obstetric ultrasound, including advanced fetal imaging and procedures, and a collaborative approach to patient care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide consultation and co-management of high-risk obstetric patients
- Perform and interpret advanced obstetric ultrasounds, including detailed fetal anatomy scans, growth studies, BPPs, Dopplers, and fetal echocardiograms
- Collaborate with referring OB / GYNs, sonographers, genetic counselors, and other providers
- Participate in ultrasound quality assurance and program development
- Contribute to exceptional patient experience and clinical outcomes
- Oversight of additional MFM and sonographers
- One-two (24) hour calls per month
- Participate in prenatal diagnostic clinics and interdisciplinary conferences
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system
Qualifications :
MD from an accredited medical schoolCompletion of an ACGME-accredited MFM fellowshipBoard certification in Maternal-Fetal Medicine (ABOG)Expertise in obstetric ultrasound and fetal imaging requiredEligible for medical licensure in MassachusettsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCommitment to patient-centered care and teamworkPreferred Experience :
