What's the role?

We're looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Representative to join our Payroll Solutions team! In this role, you'll focus on selling payroll, HCM, and HR services to support both Payroll Solutions and our sister company, Workforce Solutions. You'll have the opportunity to travel, connect with business leaders, and grow client partnerships while building a strong sales pipeline across multiple states. This position is remote-based with flexibility, offering a strong compensation structure tied to your sales success.

In this role, you'll :

  • Develop new business opportunities for payroll, HCM, and HR consulting services
  • Build and maintain relationships with business owners, executives, and HR leaders
  • Travel to networking events, conferences, and client meetings across multiple states
  • Collaborate with Payroll Solutions and WFS leadership to meet sales goals and align growth strategies
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas with a focus on trust-based, consultative selling

What experience and skills do I need to be successful?

Required :

  • Proven sales experience in human capital management (HCM) solutions such as isolved, ADP, Paychex, or Gusto
  • Commission-based sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to connect with HR professionals and business executives
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment and can manage travel commitments
  • Preferred (but not required) :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field
  • Familiarity with payroll and HR compliance concepts
  • Experience selling in professional services or accounting-related industries

  • What's the schedule?

    This is a full-time role with flexibility. Travel will be required for networking, events, and client development. Your schedule will be self-directed, balancing remote work with on-the-road business development.
