What's the role?
We're looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Representative to join our Payroll Solutions team! In this role, you'll focus on selling payroll, HCM, and HR services to support both Payroll Solutions and our sister company, Workforce Solutions. You'll have the opportunity to travel, connect with business leaders, and grow client partnerships while building a strong sales pipeline across multiple states. This position is remote-based with flexibility, offering a strong compensation structure tied to your sales success.

What's the schedule?
This is a full-time role with flexibility. Travel will be required for networking, events, and client development. Your schedule will be self-directed, balancing remote work with on-the-road business development.
