We are looking for a hands-on, mechanically inclined individual who can operate and maintain coil binding equipment. This role includes leadership opportunities for someone ready to grow into a lead position while working in a fast-paced production setting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate and oversee a coil binding machine for punching and inserting plastic or wire coil
- Guide a small team to meet daily production goals
- Address mechanical issues and perform routine upkeep (primarily mechanical systems)
- Ensure quality standards are upheld throughout each job
- Use standard tools for adjustments and maintenance
- Maintain consistent attendance and reliability
- Work flexible hours and overtime as needed
