Summary Non-Negotiable Base Pay : $20.50 / hour + Uncapped Commission 1st Year On-Target Earnings : $68,000. No sales experience required. Paid full-time training provided! This role involves 100% inbound calls from new and existing customers. Job Duties and Responsibilities What You'll Do :

• Position and sell products / services to new and existing customers
• Assess customer needs and offer the best solution
• Bounce back from challenging calls and stay focused on long-term goals
• Manage time effectively while engaging with customers and handling data entry
