What Youll Do :

As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) in our memory support department, youll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by :

Providing compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect. Administering medications accurately, maintaining precise records, and utilizing our electronic health records system (Yardi). Working closely with licensed nursing staff, to implement resident care plans specifically designed for cognitive and memory support.Collaborating with a supportive, tight-knit team. Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members.
