Work Schedule : This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm.

We are seeking a Director, Congenital Heart Center to :
- Lead operational, financial, programmatic and personnel activities for the Congenital Heart Center.
- Advance the mission of the Congenital Heart Center across the system and region.
- Serve as a strategic thinker on the leadership team to ensure strategic growth and fiscal performance of the Congenital Heart Center.
- Improve operating margins through support of strategic partnerships, innovation and process improvement.
- Partner with the clinical leaders of the Heart Center to develop and implement clinical outcome measures for quality improvement, cost and complication reduction, and the implementation of evidence-based medicine.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as business administration, health administration, or a health profession Required
- Master's Degree in healthcare or hospital administration, nursing administration, business, or a related discipline Preferred
Work Experience
- 5 years of progressively responsible management or supervisory level experience Required
- Experience with an academic medical center and experience working in one or more areas of the following congenital cardiology areas : cardiothoracic surgery, pediatric cardiac critical care, pediatric cardiology (ambulatory / inpatient), congenital interventional catheterization services, fetal cardiology Preferred
