We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator who will be responsible for procuring our premium water products and managing the logistics for events across the country.
This role is vital to the success of our organization, requiring a keen eye for detail, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to manage complex logistics.
The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain management, a background in the food and beverage industry, and fluency in English.
Spanish language skills are preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Product Procurement : Place product orders from warehouses and ensure timely delivery to our logistic centers.
- Logistics Coordination : Work closely with the agency and Nestlé Premium Waters teams, particularly local market Brand Activation Managers and Market Development Manages, to coordinate logistics for events, ensuring all products are delivered accurately and on time.
- Inventory Management : Oversee inventory for all logistics partners, activation agencies and storage units, ensuring optimal stock levels and efficient distribution.
- Order Management : Manage and oversee the placement of product orders, as well as monitor and manage final deliveries through our third-party partners.
- Budget Management : Manage logistics budgets and purchase orders (POs) for our third-party partners, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting.
- Internal Team Support : Collaborate with internal teams to ensure they have the necessary products and materials to successfully execute events.
- Process Development : Develop and refine workflows and sampling board processes, creating a streamlined and efficient system.
Qualifications :
- Direct experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, and / or the food and beverage industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal team members.
- Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are preferred.
- Experience with project management tools, such as Monday.com, and familiarity with SAP or other inventory management systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
